The story

How it’s made.

Two orchards: Alphonso from a single farm in Ratnagiri, Kesar from Junagadh. We wait for the late pick — when the sugar settles and the perfume turns honeyed — then cold-press the same evening.

A single Pampore saffron strand goes into every bottle, less for flavour and more for length. The mango carries the sharbat; the saffron gives it an after-thought.
