What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone, shipping address, billing address, and the items you purchased. When you create an account we store the same details plus an encrypted password and your saved addresses.
Payment information is handled by Razorpay. We never see, store or process your card or UPI details on our servers.
How we use it
We use your contact details to fulfil your order, send order updates, respond to support questions, and — only with your consent — send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email.
We use anonymised analytics (Plausible / similar privacy-first tools) to understand which pages people read. We don’t use third-party advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
We share data with the third parties strictly required to fulfil your order: Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional email), Railway / our hosting provider (infrastructure), our logistics partners (shipping), and accounting / GST compliance services.
We never sell your data, and we never share it for marketing purposes.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies — your auth session cookie, your cart, and a session preference cookie. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. Email hello@rasveda.in and we will respond within 30 days.
Customers in India have rights under the DPDP Act 2023; EU/UK customers have GDPR rights. We honour both.
