rasveda.in is operated by Rasveda Beverages Pvt. Ltd. (the “Company”), based in Lucknow, India. By using this site or buying our products you agree to these terms.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping is free on orders over ₹999 within India and a flat ₹99 below that.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is mispriced or out of stock — and we will refund the full amount within 7 working days if we do.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours and typically delivered within 3–5 working days. Coconut Water ships chilled and within 2–3 working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or your local conditions.

Acceptable use
You may not resell, scrape or otherwise misuse our content or imagery without written permission. Account access is for the named customer only.
Liability
Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be heard in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
