Refund Policy

If something is wrong with your bottle, we will make it right. Here is how that works.

If a bottle arrives damaged

Email hello@rasveda.in within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged bottle. We will send a replacement at no charge. No need to return the damaged bottle.

If you don't love it

Sharbat is personal. If your first sip isn’t for you, email us within 7 days with the order number — we’ll refund the cost of one bottle from your order, no questions asked. (One first-bottle refund per customer.)

Cancellations

You can cancel a non-shipped order at any time by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but it can still qualify for the damage replacement above.

Subscription cancellations

Pause, swap or cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard. Changes apply to the next billing cycle, not the one already shipping.

How long refunds take

Approved refunds land back in your account within 7 working days via the original payment method. UPI and net banking are typically faster (24–48 hours); credit card refunds can take up to 7 working days depending on your bank.
