Coconut Granita
Freeze 500 ml in a tray, rake with a fork every 30 min for 4 hours. Crown with lime zest.

Refrigerate at all times. Best within 14 days of bottling. Once opened, drink the same day.

How it’s made.

One grove on the Coromandel coast, cousins picking the young ones at dawn. We bottle within eight hours of cut so the electrolytes stay alive — no concentrate, no sugar added, no flavouring of any kind.

Just the water. The simplest, cleanest bottle in the range — the one we keep in the fridge for after a run, after a long flight, after the day got hot.
